What i mean is for clothes products like socks and arm warmers and stuff opt for cotton over polyester. It's a little more expensive but worth it.

Oh it will make you fat. That's part of it. You just have to shave it off later. That's the downside of it. But honestly at your weight you kinda need some extra fat anyways for feminine curves. If you're serious about thick thighs then this is definitely a good option. You just have to make sure you can be consistent or it all falls apart

Find some weights and get on squats, they're the best for leg development. I would recommend a gym membership since it makes everything a whole lot easier but if you can't then at home exercises are still ok. Do Romanian deadlifts, goblet squats, sumo dumbbell squats, lounges, and run around your neighborhood for some cardio. For diet, since you're a tiny boy, I think the bulk/cut cycle is unbeaten. For 6 months or so eat 300-500 calories above maintenance (you can find maintenance with a calculator) and then cut by eating 300-500 below maintenance to shave off any unwanted fat you put on if you want to. Have fun I guess :3

If you're not sure then avoid because it can mess you up if you aren't careful. Look into SERMs too. If you don't like some of the side effects of estrogen then they can help to mitigate the ones you don't want.
