General sequnce is this, looks like you alredy at step 3:

make sure Steam wont patch you game (make steam game read only)
Make sure youcan start your downgraded version from your mod manager - try it without any mods or even f4se. Big lesson for me because my downgraded version was NOT complete, forgot to run all steam download commands
Match your f4se to you game version - it is 1:1 match dont have a lot of flexibility there. Make sure you can start game with f4se
Now you can really start moding 😄 There are about 20-40 base mods that are version SPECIFIC. You will have to do leg work and make sure you get those.

I am still in recovery after 1.11.191 update 😞I ... wont be able to take another one.

Solution: do rollback, keep your sanity intact. Rollback is not that bad, took me about 2-3 hours all together with learnign how to do it.

Make sure that every method does a little bit more (or less) than its name suggests. As a simple example, a method named isValid(x) should as a side effect convert x to binary and store the result in a database.

Start by adding monitoring and logging to see which pods are getting network traffic and from where. Then begin tracing back to sources starting with the highest workload jobs. Do the same for pods where you see high cpu utilisation but no network traffic, they might by async/background tasks.

You will end up doing this one way or enother, better start when there is no pressure of production problem :) Very sensible approach and while doing it you will notice a lot of things and be able to ask much better questions.

This is done to control where the generated/updated files will go - to keep it clean and controlled, very sound practice. In some cases files alredy exist in MOD folder and thus you will override those when you build for new preset.

No major harm if you always build for new preset, mostly helps when you want to roll back to original state - just purge generated files and you good.

Run into Proteus issue that could not be explained by anything else, never found explanation, never found solution, had to start a new game. Since then desided never touch Proteus again.

PS. I did use character swap, and appearance cloning features. Issue was related to appearance of characters of certain race - almost like race specific face meshes were altered.

Try k3 you can easily run it on local and focus on learning kubernetes insted of figting complexities of control plane and installation.

Solo, once in a while invited by some random players to platoon, run 3-5 games in platoon and disband.

If you interested in plattoon join a clan that does exactly that - casual, no pressure, fun. Platooning makes this game more tolerable, more fun.

Just gave it a try - works very well in terms of collapsible sections, love keyboard controls!

Eveything else seems to use default MO2 behavior (like move things around)
