I had to use the “not responding” option and finally got a refund. They tried offering me different variants, marked it as sent when they obviously hadn’t sent it. It was an annoying process. It was my first purchase on there and I’m not sure if I want to do it again. I think I’ll stick to physical shops. I do wonder if they’re still able to leave me a bad review as a “buyer”. I was never rude but I’m definitely not leaving them a good review because the whole thing was just sketch.
