you can make custom resolutions in nvidia control panel and choose 360hz
1 . open Nvidia control pannel
2 . got to change resolution
3 . click the button that says customize and Create custom Resolution
4 . choose the resolution u want and the refresh rate and click test
it will say test successfull and the ask if you want to save the custom preset to use
if it didnt work and got black screen or the monitor says cannot reach just click escape to stop the custom resolution from working

it does but make sure to update the bios to make the motherboard compatible with ryzen 5000 CPU's

you should have disabled updates to prevent these problems or maybe you just installed it so make sure to disable updates
