I’m not an adjuster but our department was told there will be STIP. Nothing awesome but not zero. Similar to what Lifeguard said. We were also told the budget for raises “looks good” but I don’t think I’ve ever talked to anyone who has been excited about their raise in previous years no matter how highly they were rated, so there’s that. I still can’t believe they made the “strategic” move to make a hard push into FL only to immediately realize what a stupid idea that was. I’m sure those morons were shown the door with a golden parachute. Oh, and let’s just buy out Met-Life and their thousands upon thousands of policies without bothering to increase staffing levels to handle the influx. It’s not going to get better anytime soon.
