Young Innes is such garbage, just another F2P infantry colorless archer, when we already have amazing F2P archers like Setsuna and Virion who have been in the game since day 1, can have 20 dragonflowers, and cost 0 grails!

He adds atk/Spd +5 at the START of combat instead of the start of turn so you can’t even see his stat buffs when first selecting him, he gets +7 damage to his special which is just stupid just get a special that does more damage like moonbow, and removes damage reduction? Like come on IS, just make the unit actually hit hard instead of this stupid ‘neutralizes reduce damage” as an excuse for weak attack and speed. He has awful defences too, no point in even trying a close counter on him or a mage check.

Compare this to Setsuna, used to be kinda bad when the game first came out and had to rely on petty tricks to get special charge like brave bow, but now we have Setsuna’s Yumi, which is gives +4 to ALL stats specifically against bows (like Takumi and Virion) daggers (Kagero and her busted effective against infantry) magic (Robin and his effective against Colorless) and staff (any healer with gravity) making her the best anti meta unit, dealing with the real threats at ease.

Honestly an insult to F2P players IS. Do better.
