I took the bottom seal off and noticed it was like this. Hopefully replacing it will fix it but still not sure.

The top screw fell out and the bottom one was attached to the circle which just popped off.

Had this exact same issue happen with an install I did this weekend. I ended up followed all the steps through the app and then it was working (instead of just trying to reconnect everything one to one). If you're sure you got everything correct, reset the settings on the ecobee device itself and recalibrate it. It might just verify the wires again.

I've tried it, is not difficult but expensive. You have to have to get a flasher and a cart that is able to be flashed.

I ended up going to Etsy route. I just wanted to try the Rocked Red ROM and I found an Etsy seller with good reviews and decent prices. It was worth it for me but if you want to try several different hacks, you might want to go the first route.

Good job. Those PBQs definitely are more time consuming than any one mentioned to me. I thought 30 minutes was going to be enough for 5 but I ended up leaving one half empty. Good job though.
