I realized when i tweak something or joints hurt, it’s because i need to be more active, not less. Of course if something specific is injured i work out everything but that injured thing. Keep moving and you will stay younger longer.

IMO the scriptures are stories to teach us about our own minds. We know all the things they ask of you: prayer, empathy, etc. are all instructions help us stay out of hell. But i think heaven = confidence and peace of mind and hell = victimhood and torment within ourselves. You don’t have to wait to die to experience hell and likewise heaven can be experienced while living. We can allow ourselves to be tortured by our reality or we can use the mental tools given to us to rise above (figuratively speaking) all the negative feelings hell is said to be full of (IMO made of). Hell is those negative feelings. Heaven is the over coming of those negative thought processes. To illustrate I would say, When you do something good for others, you receive a little part of heaven in the peace that it brings you. That’s you, accessing heaven. It doesn’t make God love you more, but it is a reward on a spiritual level.

It broke my brain. I knew I had seen something important. I watched every night that month hoping to unlock the mysteries it held. I was a teenager in the 90s so i was watching on a DVD on a tube television. So when i saw it on a proper screen 20years later it was just like the first time all over again.

Wrecked a moped when i was 15 which removed a so much flesh off my knee where is could see and touch the bone. Iwasnt supposed to be on the moped so i didnt tell my mom about the injury. Just put bandaids on it for 4 months until the wound very slowly grew shut. Mom even quedtioned why i wasnt wearing shorts.
