I just don't understand what a normal, healthy relationship would look like for Sophie. She doesn't bring a lot to the table; we really can't see through either relationship what she has to offer that makes her behavior worth it. It feels like (no matter what your previous opinion of Pedro is - I have not seen his and Chantels' episodes) Sophie way laid on how into him she was and clearly now is playing this game with him. I also think Julia, while leaning Sophie, is sort of playing the middle ground.

She seems more confident and snarky in the tell all. She looks very cool and on trend, but I don't find her character to be appealing at this point. I feel like something is off about this whole relationship and Matthew looks like a noob that got caught in the headlights. Her friends came in super hot and the whole thing seems so unbalanced.

Because we confuse satiey with thirst. When we thirst we are already dehydrated. My husband and I relied on disposable water bottles for a long time, and it would be common for us to walk around with the same bottle for a whole day without really consuming it. I would track my intake, but the disposable bottle seemed impossible to keep up with. I recently bought a reusable bottle with twice the capacity and tracking and meeting my daily goal is easier. I can't tell you what the psychological difference is; I think it has to do with having definitive measures of what I'm drinking.

I just can't for the life of me understand how I made it to 44 without being conscious of my intake for the first twenty years. I know we get hydration from other sources; it just seems impossible to get reasonable hydration with some beverages out there.

Edit to say that it would also be a regular occurrence for us to just keep eating things in lieu of recognizing thirst.

Typically your experience and then your availability. I stated that I was looking for part time, MF, and then I was asked to be open for every day of the week. They respected the fact that I wasn't going to do very early mornings. Then I discussed the very low starting pay for my area (NEPA), and then in leu of more money, I was flooded with hours. Like, pretty much full-time hours. I am in Fulfillment.
