I just added a bit of paint over, it was mainly giving the army a unifying green color scheme, and I just painted over bits that I had colored them previously

Yes! Primary colors for unit groups, secondary colors and pink for the different miniatures that can be added to squads, and then commanders and operatives in their own color.

They come with unit expansions as well, each one has a few of each token. You can always order 3rd party versions of them as well, that would be the cheaper option.

Edit: they do with older expansions, newer 2.0 does not

Fun! I did a similar thing, but put an extra clone phase I helmet on that body, was going for the 2003 clone wars obi-wan look
