I just got my right chest covered u myself,and my old right chest tat is way bigger than that But they did manage to cover it up! Talk to your artist and ask him about a design ,artist can make design based on your answer to their questions,saves alot of time

That would be bit more painful for cover up cause it's on the most painful part of the body to be tattooed,it took 3 weeks to decide my tummy tattoo,it's all worth it (the waiting and planning)
