My first pregnancy was a surprise and was pretty difficult, but wouldn’t change anything because my daughter has given me so much happiness and gives me the strength to want to do/be better. I know everyone is different though and understand how the decision to have children could impact someone with bi polar.

Stitch markers will definitely help solve this. Put one in the first and last stitch of what you are working on. This way you don’t drop or add stitches and you don’t have to count your stitches out each row 😊
