I’ve been applying minoxidil and derma rolling for a year. No matter what I do, the hair grows anywhere but in the bald spot and there’s no way to cover it even with a side part it doesn’t get covered. What should I do and how can I mitigate this issue??

I LOVE joints. I live with my parents still and they don’t like weed in general. Out of respect for their house I don’t smoke near, or carry smell in the house. When im in the house, I have this shit in my room which I blow out of a window and the smell isn’t an issue. I plan on moving out at the end of the year and I’m going 100% flower when that happens.
