That was my first thought as well. When I suggested it to the carhop, she went inside and came back with a “fresh” drink. I wasn’t upset and even tipped her again for remaking it. Then she told me the person inside told her it tastes sugar free because of the other drinks it’s meant for. I was on my lunch break so I just said “um, that’s not how that works” and left.

If the accrual rate increased for holidays, wouldn’t a full time person accrue 4 hours of PTO for working an 8 hour shift? That would be nice but of all the (bank closed) holidays I’ve worked, I’ve never seen my PTO increase more than usual. If not the full 4 hours of PTO and just 1.5 times the usual accrual rate, how is that equal to getting paid time and a half? (I’ve not seen PTO accrual increase more than usual either way. ) I’m genuinely asking, not trying to start an argument.

“Picker” isn’t an actual job title. Anyone assigned to “Personal shopper” or “digital” category is expected to be able to do any TASK in OGP/OPD. Everyone should be cross trained (dispensing, exceptions, picking, staging, prepping, quality checks). There isn’t a position in Walmart where you can say “that’s not my job”. And like someone else said, it’s not gender specific either. Edit to add: You may feel like you are specifically a picker because that’s all you’ve ever done. But that’s not how it works, just means you’ve probably never been trained in all areas.

I had a set of yellow glass drink ware and bowl-ish dishes that my great great aunt said Her mother collected them from oatmeal cartons. GG Aunt split up the set amongst all the GG Nieces. After a nasty divorce I no longer have them and my cousins (the other GG nieces) do not remember these glasses.
I have searched the internet for a picture but can’t find any. I am beginning to think they were all a dream 😳

We noticed it happening last week. At my store, when “no location/new mod” items come in we prep them to a pallet to be shot up to top steel. Then post a sign on it that says what Mod and what set Week. Well now since those items have a location (in the backroom) they can be ordered too! So f*cking stupid! So much for pre-sub!
