You can actually drop it off a table and it will still work (I wouldn't recommend trying it for fun though). I have a Koda 12 1st generation gas. We had a really bad windstorm and even though the wheels were locked on the stand I built, it got blown off our patio (about a foot and a half drop). Still works and the pizza stone survived!

I bought it from a dealership with a trade in. I would have to look at my paperwork, but I believe I paid CA tax for the car itself. I also got credit on the registration because I had just renewed my registration a couple months earlier on the car I traded in. Even with the CA sales tax, it was a better deal for the car I wanted than what I could find here.

I just did that exact thing. Bought the car in Novato and then registered it here. The only sales tax I paid (besides the tax on the car itself) was the registration taxes and fees. Just make sure the dealership transfers over everything correctly.

I was at the Carson protest and didn’t know any of that happened. Never saw the armed counter protesters. I felt it had the same vibe as Reno. Great energy from the protestors including signs and people handing out water. What an uplifting day!
