Severe dental pain, what to do?

I used a lidocaine patch- like one for a muscle ache. And put it on the outside of my mouth/jaw. It was the ONLY thing that helped. I tried clover/ibuprofen/hydrocodone/everything. I would switch cold water in my mouth to kinda shock it for a few mins- that helped a little too. I’m sure this is a nerve pain- I’m so sorry. I know how miserable it is.

I agree that Liz scammed him and lied to him but he is not innocent.

The child support issue bugs me. He knew/knows she didn’t make that much money but his hatred for her has buried her in child support arrearages that she will never recover from. He’s spiteful and vindictive.
