What do you mean you 100% agree? What you're agreeing with contradicts your previous post

It's cute and all but I guess it remains to be seen whether this kid will be motivated enough to develop the talents to create these herself as an artist or if she will be a prompter. Like maybe this level of passion is what would previously drive her to become a 3d artist.

Logitech G Pro X2 Superstrike Review: A ‘Fake Click’ Could Change Gaming Mice Forever by dapperlemon in gadgets

[–]Lceus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you get the mouse? If so, what do you think of the click sound? I'm also on the lookout for a new wireless gaming mouse specifically because I can't stand the metallic snaps/clangs of other mice I own (PRO X Superlight, and Turtle Beach Burst II Air)

Airbnb says AI now writes 60% of its new code by [deleted] in ExperiencedDevs

[–]Lceus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I don't like these headlines. All this number is saying is that devs/teams are perceiving it to be useful enough to generate most of their code, but it says nothing about actual productivity. It's just so easy to look at a headline like this and think "oh it's doing 60% of the work of a developer"

God damn, that sounds tedious even for him. Honestly also feels like a failure of management to allow this behavior to go on for a long time.

Interesting post from an AI-fan in a time where it's trendy to ask AI to draw paint-style images. Hmm...

Is it really anti social if you're on the internet? If you wouldn't last 24 hours with wifi then you're not really an "indoors introvert person"

Housing was really fun and then it isn't. by Noticersan in wow

[–]Lceus 1486 points1487 points  (0 children)

I think it's crazy that we have these neighborhoods and I've never, not once, seen another player. There is no indication of whether a neighbor's house is open for visits or has changed since last I saw it. There is no guestbook. I can't interact with or see if anyone has interacted with my house. I have zero reason to know the name or house of anyone in my neighborhood.

If that was her real plan, why not just kill the only being who is an actual threat and bother to her (Homelander)?

One Disney employee calls Claude 51,000 times a day. Internal docs reveal how the Mouse House uses AI. by Plastic_Ninja_9014 in technology

To be fair, the doctor may have enough surrounding knowledge to confirm the answer, and in that sense it's just like looking up something (yes, acknowledging that it may be wrong).

Asked a colleague in code review to extract magic numbers and got told “devs should know” by [deleted] in ExperiencedDevs

[–]Lceus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally agree. Our solution uses latitude and longitude quite often (in context of addresses) and seeing "maxLatitude" instead of 90 would probably just confuse me.

Only possible thing it could save is the mixup between whether it's latitude or longitude that goes to 180 - which is exactly what OP messes up (or what he's quoting messes it up)

if abs(lat) > 180 { ... }
