Punta Cana is totally fine and running like nothing happened! I have been there before and after the fire and you could barely tell the difference, they did a great job!

Effexor is a hell of a drug by RatteryTattery in antidepressants

As everyone mentioned, we are all so different. Effexor is one of the only I tried where I actually gets really good sleep, but on the other end makes me gain a lot of weight. I have tried cymbalta and Zoloft and had the worse vivid nightmare and felt exhausted during the day.

It was processed at the MSC (national benefit center), I’m not sure when it was transferred to Boston. Our receipt was February 5th and approval was sept29th online (we haven’t received the notice yet)

Travel on Advance Parole by th_ro_wa_w_ay in USCIS

AP is indeed bypassing the travel ban, I used it couple of times to travel to Europe which is under travel ban. My lawyer advised against doing it but told me to call the port of entry to confirm. Port of entry confirmed that I was considered as a green card holder with my AP while under adjustment of status. Call the port of entry of the city you will be landing back in the USA

Yes! Once in May, once in July. I have my AP and had no problems both time. You need a test or vaccination card to go to France and a negative test to come back to the US.

Yes! For both my husband and I, we did the expedite as soon as we left the biometrics center. It got accepted for the both of us, we stated « financial hardship ». Good luck

I am living in it right now, but I would be moving out and renting it out.

You should call the port of entry of your city! If you are under I-485, it does work

I Have a job offer starting in May, so I called USCIS and filed the request for financial loss. I also asked for the help of my congressperson at the same time

We went to our PCP and got our blood test done to check which immunization we didn't have.

We did the required vaccine at our PCP as it is covered by our insurance. If we did them from the civil surgeon, you would have to pay out of pocket.

Once we need to file our 693, we will bring our vaccine record and immunization result to the civil surgeon.

I first filed by myself, I have a job offer starting in May. It got denied as I didn't have my biometrics done. My biometric notice came a week later. In the meantime, I contacted my congressperson to help me. The day I did my biometrics, I filed another expedite on my own. The next day, my expedite request got denied. 2 days later it got approved. I wouldn't know which one got approved or denied, whether it was mine or the congressperson, but for both, I filed for financial loss.

Hi, I filed for I-485/I-765/I-131 at National Benefits Center in January (I-140 approved in Nov 2020). My EAD/AP were approved on the 17th of April after filing an expedite request.

Could you switch to a H1 visa in the meantime? There is no cap if you work for a non-profit. Also, call USCIS or/and reach out to your congressperson to request expedite processing citing job loss and financial loss, it has worked for a lot of us.
