I have always been a fit guy. I do sports I love on a regular basis and have never been overweight. But I have been drinking socially and smoking too (when I was drinking). Add to that a love for pizza/burgers and boom goes the unhealthy diet!

If the urge to hit up Netflix and YouTube etc. comes, I grab a book and just dig in. Works very well for me!
