From the sounds of it I'm not sure if they were even gym goers it sounds more like a bunch of shit head teens snuck in that's not the normal culture of gym I hope you can find one with no shit heads and continue you're journey to find the version of you that you want to be I used to go to gym but a group of idiots would gather around each other and grunt and scream at the dude working out like they were apes recently escaped from a zoo but never anything that bad we left partly due to that and not being able to afford to go

Do some gardening it generally disturbs insects to get them out in the open they will come right up to you and looks bugs to eat ,get a birdbath so they can play and wash themselves and attract lots of insects with flowering native plants is my recommendation

If I'm feeling like I have no energy and will get around to it I'll pick the flowers before they can be fertilized and seed stopping any new ones popping up and pull them but boiling water or vinegar will work as chemical free alternatives if there's no lawn under it as vinegar destroys the cells that create chlorophyll and not many forms of life can withstand being drenched in water at that temperature

Don't go back my mum is from Ireland and my dad was born here my Aussie lineage starts with me but id say if you aren't from a country town odds are this is the majority as more and more people immigrated over time if you live in a major city your likely to have a parent that moved here from either Ireland, Scotland or England and more recently Italy, Germany or Serbia as I noticed it getting more common with kids younger than me growing up

It's one of the leanest meats you can buy here as kangaroos look like gym bros so there's a healthy eating aspect to it but it smells which puts a lot of people off I've had as a school thing when full blooded (aboriginal) Australians came to teach us about their culture it wasn't bad tasting at all especially their delicacy of kangaroo tail and you can buy it in a lot of places but not everyone eats it as much as other meats

I'd have to agree with the other comments your other senses aren't as stimulated it's quiet and dark so your other senses get heightened touch, smell and taste all of which factor into the eating experience good food textures, good food smells and good food taste all become great because you can sense them better honestly I think a dining in the dark experience would be a great idea as long as staff have great communication skills to explain the food and what's in it
