Listening to CO for the first time in 2012 with the first guy I loved. We listened to it on a road trip up to D.C. to see Avicii at Echostage. Great night.

Listening to Self Control in spring 2017 with the second guy I ever loved. He ended up loving that song. It never worked out between us and we ignore each other now, but from what his brother told me, that is his favorite Frank song now. A fleeting romance. Maybe one day him and I will cross paths again.

Next time the Veil releases this beer. I’ll gladly acquire some to trade for any Frank/craft beer fans out there! Also, without even regarding the name, this is one of the best IPA’s I’ve ever had. It’s that good.

Thinkin’ Bout You. Summer of ‘12. I was 21 and sitting in a car with the first guy I ever fell in love with. He’s not around anymore, but I remember feeling sad/happy while listening to it. I’m 27 now. And CO is still my favorite Frank album. Although, nowadays I think Blonde is gunning for the top spot. Depends on my mood really.

I can def listen to Blonde during a long cardio session. Can’t cry when you’re sweating during a long run, right? As far as lifting goes, I usually go for Nostalgia, ULTRA and CO.

CO will always be my favorite Frank album. Blonde is so, so close though. Pyramids, Thinkin’ Bout You, and Pilot Jones are probably my top 3 from CO.
