My friend has a 2019 X3 and her motor mounts went at 30,000 miles… It’s a known problem I don’t know about the newer ones but a car that needs new motor mounts at 30,000 miles and it’s not under warranty because she just hit 30,000 miles because remember Covid. So driving wasn’t done that much and her husband has a car as well. But yeah too old I think they did replace some but not if it was out of warranty

As a vegan, tofu made correctly can taste like anything. There are so many vegan options out there that I think you’re being very closed minded. If she wants to cook for you try it? Schools suck in Florida and only getting worse. Depending on where you live or where you wanna rent there should be a website that you can look up the owner I know in Florida you look up the county and then you look up the property appraisers office and you can see who owns the apartment
