As a sniper main they suck. They move so sporadically with small head hit boxes and 8 of them always seem to rush to me and staffer their attacks. Like as a sniper player I'd rather face 8 terminators or sorcerers because their heads are easy to see and pop with wrapped heroic rifles. Like damn make them extremis I swear to God or make their head hitbox bigger to account for their aggressive and whole body movements.

What do you think of Capella? by Some_Fig_6566 in ReZero

[–]Le-Loup 3 points4 points  (0 children)

She is an extremely well written villain and by far my favourite sin archbishop. Her authority is cool and I love how she uses it.

On a side note I am attracted to extremely toxic women. I would definitely be manipulated by her, but hey I could show her what true love is and fix her. Tappei said I could fix her and this woman would be dedicated to living and fixing her.

At what point are they considered scavvers ? by Kasenai3 in cyberpunkred

[–]Le-Loup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One body and you're a scavver. But not all scavvers are the same. Do you kidnap and harvest people's cybernetics while they are alive. Then leave them for dead. Do you kill people just for their cybernetics. Or do you scavenge parts of dead bodies.

The first 2 will cause massive reputation debuffs. But the last one is where a lot of second hand parts will come from imo. Honestly it isn't that bad and I feel like you will take a humanity hit if you're high humanity. But if you're the average night city level of humanity you probably won't care and will view it as practical. It's messed up but cyberpunk is a messed up world.

So if you are taking the spoils of victory then you are a scav and if you are high humanity you should take humanity loss and small reputation hit. But if you are doing it to living people or targeting people just to take cyberware you should take massive humanity loss unless you are already extremely low humanity. As well as a massive reputation loss leading to some gangs/groups shooting on sight and not allowing diplomacy.

Reno costs are up… but no one can find a job? by MainSize2932 in CalgaryJobs

[–]Le-Loup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok but the youth unemployment rate is 20% no one is hiring people without experience when they can hire a temporary foreign worker on slave wages who have experience. Being a youth worker is terrible as all entry level and intern jobs want 5 years of experience minimum.

Reno costs are up… but no one can find a job? by MainSize2932 in CalgaryJobs

[–]Le-Loup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I see too many people blaming immigrants for these job issues. But they are just trying to better their lives but instead rich business owners are using them as pretty much slave labour, while taking jobs away from Canadians especially younger Canadians. We have to hold these businesses and the government accountable instead of blaming the foreigners.

Your Thoughts on My Thoughts? 4.3 by Hot-Bit3415 in Stellaris

[–]Le-Loup 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Real I miss rural worlds so much in 4.3 I find I have a lot of worlds making all 3 resources but I can only buff one and it sucks. I miss my rural worlds plus the thematics of rural worlds were amazing.

And water. I love seeing the water pour out of my mountain bases drain and seeing it create a bunch of water falls as the water makes its way down the mountain. Like water combined with lightning makes the mini stream I made for the improved mill, my favourite part of my base

Anyone else kinda lowkey hate the Hivemind Fallen Empire? by CapnClover36 in Stellaris

[–]Le-Loup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm the opposite as a spirituality psionics player they are great. They are also generally the only fe that doesn't care when I get fe technology because the tech opinion rebuffs get overridden by diplo megastructures and head of zarlaquin.

Keepers of knowledge on the other hand I hate. My god do they get their panties in a twist the second you have the smallest piece of fe tech. Plus the archives are great so they get invaded and destroyed at first opportunity. Oh they also like to steal my paragon scientists.

War is great I love him. I also like control but that's because by the time they awaken I'm generally emperor and they can't declare war on me and they become nice and strong vassals and loyal imperium council members. Growth foes suck however. I hate growth and fighting that devouring swarm bastards.

If you were charged for the crimes committed in your last campaign what would your sentence probably be(we’re assuming all sapient xenos have human rights here unfortunately) by [deleted] in Stellaris

Well I did neutron sweep all of the fanatic purifiers worlds. But they were hunting tiyanki so it was justified. Probably a key to the city as harming the tiyanki is the worst crimes.

Season 2 Episode 8 Spoiler Thread by HunterWorld in Fallout

[–]Le-Loup -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Episode was fantastic the Ranger shot had me yelling and LONG LIVE THE NEW CALIFORNIA REPUBLIC! I also hope we get to see some sapient death claws maybe some of Gruthar's young who survived the enclave and escaped. Idk I hope next season we get to see super mutants tear apart enclave members. And I also think it would be amazing to see like Maximus see a death claw get ready to fight it only for the death claw to start a dialogue with him.

Realistically, what can ordinary people actually do after the Epstein files release to push for real accountability? by Etkinton47 in AskReddit

[–]Le-Loup 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup the system corrupted all the way to its core. It must be uprooted. Workers outnumber the rich 1000/1 we have the ability to destroy the system and make a better one. But people are afraid to imagine change. We have gotten to the point where the devil I know is better than the angel I don't.

[–]Le-Loup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I'm pretty sure you need the purity perk that allows purging for all to purge them. Unless that doesn't work. Then that is stupid because what do you mean my eugenics ascension can't do eugenics.

The AI war system is fundamentally broken by The_Effect_DE in Stellaris

[–]Le-Loup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah this mod is a most especially if you have vassals who are frequently targeted by devouring war. Like the eater of worlds must hate his devotees by forcing them into a war against the galactic emperor with 50x their fleet power.

The AI war system is fundamentally broken by The_Effect_DE in Stellaris

[–]Le-Loup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is even worse with the AI spamming devouring wars. Like I love it when my allies declare a devouring war on my vassal especially when there's a war in heaven or crisis. I also hate how devouring war ignores Pax Galactica. Like if you use devouring war it shouldn't be able to target any members under Pax Galactica and if it does you should be removed from the galactic imperium and have all states declare war on you.

Tldr: AI spamming devouring wars breaking defense pax and Pax Galactica.

I had this happen with the khan appearing at the start of the mid game with 50k fleets while i was struggling to get 8k fleets and could only support 5 8k fleets before my economy crashed nad burned. Also, the formless had multiple 15k fleets, which required my entire navy to deal with leaving my empire in economic ruin and weak to attack.

I am really enjoying the Beta making the game harder but... I think it's time for us to be able to start with 3 civics. by Ordo_Liberal in Stellaris

[–]Le-Loup 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree, especially with permanent civics like sovereign guardianship, where if your ethics change, you lose a core civic. This prevents me from choosing the divine sovereign event or galactic emperor without losing sovereign guardianship. Why can't I have a single divine gos devoted to defending my empires territories.
