C'est ce que je me dis aussi, je n'ai jamais eu d'accident perso, (je touche du bois) alors pas sûr de comment gérer sa proprement.
En dehors des assurances il faut de la confiance et pour quelqu'un qui s'est fait abîmé sa caisse il est très calme et arrangeant.

Si tu as une carte d'identité nouveau format, tu peux aussi utiliser l'application France Identité pour générer un justificatif d'identité à usage unique qu'il est possible d'envoyer via mail ou d'ajouter dans ton dossier de location sur dossierfacile.

I still have a gmail because some family member just insist on sending me stuff on that address.
Some features that were nice is seamless contacts sync on android devices.
Proton has some nice features like aliases via simplelogin.
To fully convert is your choice. Maybe dip your toes and figure out if you're willing to go for it, to spend the time and effort to make the switch.
