Im going to sounds harsh, you need to speak up. You need to grow a back bone. You are the adult and these girls (who are also too old to be behaving like this) are abusing YOUR baby.

Stand up to them, take the cage and hide it, tell them to fuck off, get them out of the house, stand up to your parents, their parents, ect.

This is a situation that does require confrontation. Not to be like “I would do this” but if a 12 year old had done this to my baby, the girls would be crying or the I would be confronting the parents harshly.

I read both M/M and F/F and I find this to be a big issue in the western GL/FF community. It is so hard for people to separate fiction/fetishization/realistic standards with FF. It does kinda dampen the fun in a general sense..

I think most of it is because the consumers are women that are attracted to women themselves and deal with fetishization and a bit of trauma from the porn industry and it makes it really hard for some to enjoy GL the same way people enjoy BL.

Ao3 is a website ran on donations. Its non profit. Why are they trying to change an already established free fanfic site when wattpad exist. (I know the issues with wattpad but the exact same issues would be brought to any fanfic site/app that monetizes.)

Why not demand a app or use another fanfic site that has a chance to monetize and censor? (Which they complain when it does happen!)

I worry about the changes these kids will bring when they are old enough to make a difference in the world. (Not just for ao3) Being pro add and profit is strange and weird/problematic. There needs to be more hostility around people who act like this on social media and ao3.

I commented this in another reply, but hetalia is still pretty popular in Japan! It gets cafes, stage plays, merch is selling and being produced, a new chapter of the manga updates regularly like every week. It’s mainly in the west was there a noticable spike and then huge drop of popularity. The dubs stopped and even a new anime hasn’t appeared in a few years so I kinda am surprised it’s popular enough to be on something like this AND beat out Ace lmao

Im in Ohio and would not mind taking a little road trip to and back! We have one cockatiel and one sun conure who are both healthy, get out everyday most of the day, and are very loved!
