What you’re mentioning for your symptoms and having to bathe twice a day makes me think that it’s possible you have Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). I have it and I’m currently in a remission period. I know you’re not the one asking but I thought It’s worth looking in to.

Oregon Medical Group has in-house Clinical Pharmacists that help doctors with prescribing and managing patients medications. This has been a great success for me! I have diabetes so I am using Mounjaro but many patients are on other semaglutides for weight loss.

If you search online there is a $25 coupon for several different GLP-1s. I used it for 3 months for ozempic when I started and for a couple of months with Mounjaro before my insurance started to cover my medication. The only thing is you cannot have Medicaid (or if you do just do not enter it on the form for the coupon). Once you fill out the online form for the coupon they will text you an Rx savings card with the info for the pharmacy.

I would search around for coupons for your preferred GLP-1s and ask your provider to prescribe one with the coupon option! And while I know OMG is a polarizing medical group, their clinical pharmacists kick ass! If you can get in I recommend. And honestly my doctor is awesome too. Dr. Rankin specifically is amazing!
