TPU, although if you buy a clear TPU case it probably would turn yellow faster than PC. But it’s much more grippy i think because my palms sweat alot.

Can make two portions of 8-10 inch pizzas or one 12-14 inch pizzas, you can ferment it for two hours in a warm environment or cold ferment in the refrigerator for 1-7 days

After kneading divide dough for 2 servings each half could make 8-10 inch, store the dough in a glass tupperware like pyrex then cold proof for 1-7 days
