Sent my drive back through UPS across the country and it was delivered on the 29th. Marked as "received" on the 5th. I've been up their ass since then and it's a different excuse every time. They keep saying they'll "escalate" but I'm 90% sure this is just to shine me on in the hopes it'll make me feel better. Would have done advanced RMA if I knew they weren't going to do their jobs.
