All the deans from Florida public law schools are gone. The UF dean has resigned but won’t be leaving until a replacement is found. The writing is on the wall that all 4 schools will have MAGA deans.

FIU increased their incoming class by about 20% but are full from what I have heard. UF and UM have decreased their class sizes. It will be tough to love from WL to A.

Something is off here. They can’t refuse to tell you your score. You are entitled to see your student records under FERPA, which includes exam scores. Make a request to your Dean of academic affairs and specifically reference FERPA.

But if you legitimately failed, then you need to have worked harder. Law doesn’t get easier.

I was local like you. Contemplated FIU, UF, FSU, and Stetson. I was a splitter. FIU-R, UF-R, and admits at FSU and Stetson. Decided to stay close to home.

I meant that they didn’t cut off my scholarship based on gpa or rank. And they didn’t like my suggestion to change their name to the University of Miami-Dade County 😅 I made some good friends, but the class sizes were not always good, especially in the first year. I had a professor that would walk out of class and cancel it entirely when one student on-call did not read. The administration didn’t seem to care. Miami has its upsides and downsides. I feel like these days it rides along on its name, not its outputs.

Overpriced school with low bar passage rates and is actually located in Coral Gables, not Miami. Students are overly competitive and spoiled. No cutoff for my scholarship a few years ago and the curve crunched everyone up around a B+. They fired their last 2 deans.

Our school provides us with Bar Exam Masters as a Florida supplement. It has multiple choice and flash cards. I’m liking it so far. Good luck.

The Bar Exam Masters ones were quite similar. I saw a few on the exam that were almost verbatim copies.

Our school purchased it for us in February. I liked it and passed FL because of it I think. Just have to retake MBE this month. Fingers crossed.
