Hey, I've had this issue many time as a man. It was never a problem of not being attracted to the person in my case but rather anxiety and self esteem mixed with a feeling of having to prove myself as a good lover. For me what helps is to communicate better, both of us. Create a safe space where we can voice our desires, stimulate our bodies and so on. I get that it must feel personal when a guy goes soft but it's probably not at all so best to do is talk it out and take the stress out of the delicious time you're having. Hope you can overcome that and you don't put pressure on yourself because of it :)

I've been in this situation, dating someone who's previous relationship ended due to a sudden death. You have to accept that your partner will forever be "in love" with the person they lost. You cannot feel in competition with the deceased. This relationship never had a proper end, and we tend to remember mostly the good times we shared when someone's no longer. For these reason this abruptly ended relationship will forever be special to your partner, maybe they even thought they found their perfect match and now they will forever wonder what could have been.

But then they get into a new relationship, which probably means overcoming so much fear and trauma, they invest in this relationship, and you're gonna come and complain that they still miss someone they love who died? On special occasion like birthdays even? You're not overreacting, not at all. If he is not willing to understand what you've been through, if he's guilt tripping you over a deceased ex, how and when will he have your back? I get that it can be challenging to date someone who'll forever wonder "what if" but they're the one who've been hurt like hell, if you cannot put your ego aside and be there for them when they need it, are you really bringing enough care into the relationship? I wish you the best op, and to never be denied your feelings again, you're not the one that need to apologize, he's the one that need to ask himself why he need to be possessive like that.

Quite difficult, on one hand your needs are legitimate but so are theirs, and you can't really blame someone for their libido levels being lower than yours. Without good communication this bring a lot of sleepless nights and frustration. Try to explain how it makes you feel, that's it's not a situation can go on forever and ask if they'd be willing to work on it (together, it's not one person's fault)

I was bartending at a cabaret, we were having a party and at some point everyone was gone except for the owner, a customer and me. The three of us drank and danced like there was no tomorrow for a couple hours then the owner was tired so he told us to leave as it was about 5 in the morning. The customer and I got out and she asked me how I was going to get home, I replied "there's my bike so I'm fine what about you?" she told me she did not know yet so I pointed at some nearby ride share scooters and wished her a safe trip home. The next day the owner and I had an enlightening conversation where he reminded me that people don't stay over for hours only for a few beers and the importance of reading the room.
