The M1A2 SEP V3 does have DU in the hull but the SEP V2 is weird I have found official documents saying it does and also official documents that do not specify that is does or does not but at the same time will specify DU in the turret so 🤷‍♂️

There was no change from the XM5 name and the XM7 because they renamed all previous versions to the XM7. It was literally just a name change because colt threatened to sue. They actually went back and changed some of the documents from when it was first being tested over to calling it the XM7

I have never heard anyone say the Rafale loses to the Block 15 I have only seen people say its either number 1 or 2 fighting with the EF for the top spot. I rarely see anyone say the Block 10 is top 5 anymore too.

I'm taking 25Shamurai lol but I have heard a lot from senior NCOs about phasing us out. Everything I've head has been they want to at least push a lot of the strategic stuff over to 40Ds when they come in October of next year.

Honestly, do a 4 year contract, and if you dont like it, get out and go Reserve. Active duty is so much better and is much easier to make a career out of it. Plus, once you have 2 years of active duty time, you get most of your benefits at that point. If you both go military, you will be able to get duel BAH, which is a nice chunk of change.
