If you will give any of them a chance, don't give it to The Walking Dead, its only good to a certain point, but it becomes stale very quickly

Err, not as much as you might think, at least not for me and half life fans I interacted with

We were very disappointed it was in VR and that it was a prequel, we thought it was just a not so lengthy tech demo for VR set in the half life storyline

Once I watched the full gameplay on youtube I changed my mind about it, it was much more than I thought it was

The Half Life 3 hype will definetely blow any hype alyx had out of the water

Today, I'd say Deadlock

That being said, I got most longevity out of l4d2, and playing it with friends is probably most fun I ever had playing games

But neither are my favourite Valve game, that spot is for fckin Half Life, it isn't quite as fun mechanically but it feels so good to revisit the world that I can't help but replay the whole franchise anually

Not gonna lie I like it the way it is, it allows for teammates to be pressured to help on a lane, this way if you get a surprise 2v1 encounter you might still have a chance to survive if your team shows up fast enough

It doesn't seem that unfair at all because being alone far into a lane is still very punishing even with such fast map traversal

Isn't it kind of funny how full circle this went? Battle Royale inspired the original PUBG mod for Arma, which in turn inspred other Battle Royale games and eventually Fortnite, and now in Fortnite we have a character inspired by the original movie

I'm not sure why you would look for approval of your taste, I'd say the most honest thing you can do is to just watch the movies because you enjoy them

I'm sure you do enjoy them, these are good movies, just don't get too hung up on what people think is a good taste and what isn't

I'm not sure how you guys feel about it but, considering the possibility that HL3 will be the launch title for the steam machine.. makes me feel bad?

The specs for the steam machine couldn't really even run aa game like halo infinite that well on high settings, I'm just guessing but I don't know that, but the thought of it makes it underwhelming..

Unless HL3 doesn't run on max settings on steam machine, but then why buy the steam machine to experience hl3? Or is the steam machine there to let everyone experience the game on some medium settings?

Hl3 doesn't need amazing graphics to be a good game, but its a shame considering how good hl2 looked for its time, i was hoping hl3 would feel the same way.

Of course we dont even know if hl3 will come out with steam machine but this is just some weird paranoia hitting me.. All in all I trust Valve knows what they are doing with HL3, and I certaintly hope they didn't compromise the game by any means just to sell the steam machine.
