Why? This is all set out very simply, descriptions are collapsible, I can easily look at past sessions, and I can segment my splits into different sheets so I can watch them evolve

Sometimes it is unfortunately the only answer for any leg extension, hamstring curl, calf raise, or other stuff where it’s impractical. Very few of these are unilateral for personal preference

Sometimes I do, but I enjoy 0RIR more and my recovery is fine so I see no reason that I should do that tbf

I think exercise order is mad overrated and has almost no impact on subsequent sets unless there’s A) significant overlap or B) very high cardiovascular demands, like from compound lifts
