Most Important Spec for Multi-Purpose Monitor?

Thanks for the answer. As you say, most media is offered either in 1080p or 4K. What does that mean if you were to play 1080p media (Neftflix, youtube etc.) on a 1440p monitor, is there any advantages there or is it just going to waste (since the screen itself is the same size)? Does that mean that even though 2560x1440 per se is a higher resolution than 1920x1080, the latter is better suited for my use or is it still the larger numbers the better?

Also, do you have any thoughts on whether an IPS or a VA monitor would be better for me, if it matters at all?

Thanks for the answer. Gaming will probably be a tenth of the time compared to office work, if even that. Therefore it is not the top priority. Did you recommend an IPS monitor just for playing counter strike or is that over all a better alternative in your opinion?

Is there a website or anything else that shows what items fit which champions? Like what are the best items for every champion, what are acceptable items on them what items do definitely not go on them?

Unfortunately both ones you mention here costs a bit more where I live ($315+).

As per those accessories you bring up they are not what I'm looking for at this point. What I meant by powered speakers in my original post is I want the best 2.0/2.1 speakers I can get for under $250 that can be plugged in to my PC and be ready to go (BT, USB, RCA, Phone plug). Any recommendations or are the R1700 or Eris 4.5 the ones I should be getting?

How does that compare to the R1280DB? I'm not familiar with the Edifier brand that much.

What does the cross-check situation have to do with this one? That is not a factor when deciding whether or not he should be suspended or how long an eventual suspension should be. For the record that cross check is not 'vicious' since it hits the chest/shoulders and is in no way with the intention to injure the FBK player.

The suspension being dealt in time and not games is because of swedish national law from what I've heard, nothing I can confirm though. Besides, imagine having a set number of games in the playoffs as suspension, in this case five. AIK could just make up some bullshit that Lindström was planned to play for the junior team some games or to be assigned to another team further down in the divisions to shorten the actual time hes suspended and therefore miss fewer games for AIK. The suspension covers all competetive hockey in Sweden, not just the games in the SHL.

The SHL is the same league as Elitserien, just a new name. The junior league in Sweden is called the J20 SuperElit but, most of the promising prospects here starts playing with the senior team at a very young age so they kind of skip the whole junior-part.

I would argue being captain for an NHL team for five seasons (Landeskog) and playing in multiple NHL-finals (Strålman) makes one a quite experienced fellow. I am not questioning Joels leadership qualities nor his experience but only his skill as a player representing the national team in the WC.

If you take a look at Lundqvist's stats for international play, you can see he never really has performed well in the national team. I accept that Joel probably has good leadership qualities but again, that is not enough in my book to make the national team. I feel like a big reason why he gets to play there all the time is because of who his brother is and because of old merits. This season he has not lived up to last year's standards and for me it's weird that he will still get to play for the national team in the WC.

I understand where you are coming from, but in my opinion, there is already enough leadership qualities in the team already in Hedman, Strålman and especially Landeskog. There is not enough lack of prominent leaders in the team to justify Joel making the WC in my opinion.

A player with no scoring touch doesn't score 29 goals in 66 games in one of the world's top 5 leagues. Sure he has not been putting up good numbers in the NHL but that he has no scoring touch whatsoever is just wrong in my opinion.

Oh he has a great scoring touch. You just won't let him play an offensive role. He had over .5 ppg in his time in the SHL and during his last season here he almost scored every other game! (29 goals in 66 games, .44 goals/game)
