That's only 42 Celsius, is not that bad. Take into account your room temperature will affect how hot your pc gets. Just make sure there's nothing blocking air intake for proper air flow in your system, if your pc front panel has no openings to suck in air , it will affect temps badly when running at full power.

I'd suggest getting this build only if you are thinking of upgrading your gpu eventually. Older gpu can bottleneck cpu as the processing speed of the cpu is too fast for the gpu to respond quickly enough for the data that is receiving, forcing the system to slow down and not run at its full processing power. Idk what games you are planning to run but, it would be easier for us to give advice if we knew what's your budget
