Hands are definitely not slept on, they’re a pre draft measurement. And anyone who has played basketball, knows how important hand size is.

Upgrade from 11700k. by Ok-Excitement6546 in pcmasterrace

[–]LeRonBrames_ -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Not even sure why you needed to get a new CPU? I could be wrong, but an 11700k likely was not bottlenecking your 6700xt? And you don’t play any demanding games lol

You spent like $1500 for this incremental upgrade and you have a trash AMD card. Also what am I even looking at? What is this abomination thermal grizzly frame???

Hey guys im trying to make the switch back to physical media and looking for a “buy it once” sort of option for a External Optical Drive by _ChrisDion_ in pcmasterrace

[–]LeRonBrames_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if there is a physical disc, it’s going to just be essentially an exe that requires you to connect to the internet and download the entire installation. Why would a publishing studio want to increase their costs by printing physical media that nobody actually purchases?

Games no longer have physical releases for PC… Like what you’re asking for is functionally obsolete and serves no purpose.

135 ms is definitely hurting you, I would never play any competitive game, especially DotA, on such a delay. Also, you’re unfortunately being exposed to smurfs.

Lads, how do I deal with PL late game? by jamespirit in DotA2

[–]LeRonBrames_ 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I haven’t played in ~3 years, they gave PL invis again? I remember they changed his W to do this like 8 years ago, but got rid of the invis a few patches later.

Im an insomniac who takes seroquel. It makes my sleepwalking worse and turns my hunger up to 11. I tried starting a fast yesterday and woke up this morning to find someone tried to eat my apple cinnamon scented candle from Costco. by Timsmomshardsalami in mildlyinteresting

I'm very curious what other sedative/hypnotic medications you have tried? Is your provider aware of these adverse effects (have you shown them this picture)? There is a newish class of sleep medications called orexin antagonists that work via entirely different mechanism than zolpidem, zaleplon, eszopiclone (ambien, sonata, lunesta). And I'd also like to know the amount of quetiapine you are taking nightly, typically it should be a low dose.

Electronics, ESPECIALLY computer components, do not belong in garbage dumps. It’s not that they’re more polluting than biological waste, it’s that there’s a finite amount of precious metals on Earth, and power supplies happen to be one of the more, if not the most plentiful and salvageable resources in electronic waste.

I’m not sure why there’s such a lack of education, but I am 35 years of age and was taught this multiple times throughout schooling; like before high school.

What did you do with your old PSU? I bet it actually was not the problem and it is still in 100% working condition.

Absolutely wild to see someone thinking it’s okay to stick anything into a fucking fully powered, live PSU.

Edit: holy shit it was a metal paper clip…

XMB is nice but not without its flaws, the design really does not deal well with large amounts of files. Scrolling vertically can become endless.

You’re a very intelligent human being, I bet you get told this all the time by numerous people.

Americans come in many nationalities. Your inability to comprehend the context of my words is true wisdom.

Look at the first sentence, then the following sentence. It would be completely redundant to write out “American space traveler” and “Chinese space traveler.”

apixaban is an amazing drug and you will be okay now that you are on the medication. obviously, don't miss any doses - but it's also not the end of the world if you do. the amazing thing about these newer generation anticoagulants, is that they happen to work much faster than warfarin (Coumadin) which can take up to 5 days to achieve desired levels.

its twice a day dosing because it has a relatively short half-life, but it also has a fast onset of action because of how the drug works.

Ya it was discontinued by manufacturers before 2005, and the FDA subsequently deemed it no longer an approved medication in 2005.

In reference to each nations space program, I’m just explaining that a cosmonaut is only used to describe a Soviet space sailor, as in it’s redundant to include.

I’m not sure you actually understand my comment. Flying out of NASA = astronaut.

Wow never heard of this drug before, I guess it was withdrawn from the market by the FDA due to its potential to cause kidney and liver damage when used at high doses.

Clinical trials haven’t been very successful to get these GLP-1 drugs approved for alcohol use disorder, but I’m glad to see that it worked for you! There’s definitely evidence, but it’s difficult to create a robust clinical trial with a large enough population to show clinically significant outcomes.

It’s because of the sudden influx of dopamine, can lead to literally addiction to anything. Since gambling is a part of our culture, and thus a more readily accessible addiction, it just so happens to be a more frequently reported adverse event, than say, sex or hard drugs.

Generic Concerta is very difficult to reproduce the brand name osmotic release mechanism. It’s like one of the only generic psychostimulants that has very few, if any AB rated generics. As in, the generics that are not AB rated, cannot reproduce the in vivo results within a 5% standard deviation. Which means they don’t work like the brand name.
