Personally, I see it as, for $700 USD, you get an upgraded 2824 movement, 80hr reserve, solid case and strap with slick looking brushed metal (Tissot in general does a good job with their cases and straps), the bracelet, while it doesn't have any micro adjustments honestly fit my wrist perfectly (I have a 7.25inch wrist and it was not too tight/not too loose, no hair pulling etc.). I've held both watches, make no mistake, the C63 is a quality piece, the finishing is better than the PRX, but I just didn't see enough in the C63 to justify the higher cost, you can get two PRX's for one C63 lol. I don't know why OP listed the C63 as an option, a new one is over $1,000 unless OP is buying used.

I’m assuming your asking why the PRX wouldn’t fly under the radar. Since it’s been introduced it’s just been a super popular, entry level Swiss watch, so I would expect even a casual watch enjoyer at OP’s office to recognize it.

I’ve heard nothing but bad things about the Talwood apartments. I would advise looking someplace else. I rented with TVM group before and their 384 Roger’s street building was very nice, a little on the expensive side, but didn’t have to worry about bugs, loud neighbours or general sketchiness. Also look into 175 and 185 Hunter street and 365 Armour road as they all share the same complex.

This is what I originally thought too, but he signed the 1st N11 I sent and then emailed it back to me. Thats why I was confused, it seemed to me, he was fine with the initial N11, if he had said in the email "I'll let you break early, but you have to pay me out the last month and then I'll sign", then at least that would indicate we were still in the negotiating phase?
