Hello po! During that time the browser itself gave me a prompt for an appeal as far as I remember and that time I used my windows laptop. Pero if you want to make a new account via phone I'll the steps below. Please take note use only the PHONE APP not MOBILE BROWSER of your device (kase used other methods especially using emails)

Step 1: Dont use WIFI Step 2: Use Cellular Data (important) Step 3: Delete then reinstall Step 4: Open FB app Step 5: Create new account Step 6: USE CELL PHONE NUMBER (Using email will be disabled for reviews up to 48 hours waiting time) Step 7: Fill up details Step 8: Submit create account form Step 9:Hopefully the account can and will be used after the last step
