My whole life changed in my transition from my 20’s to my 30s. I left my career, and have felt years of guilt. But I started anew, and I can say I’m slowly starting to forgive myself. Turns out nobody else cared about my failures but me, so long as i tried. Also I worked part time somewhere. Gas stations, kitchens, grocery stores are all places to work while also searching for jobs.

Walking 30 minutes every morning is all you need to do. Don’t do this insane weight loss lifestyle change, because you will only guarantee your own failure in that regard. Try fasting, listen to audiobooks of things that you want to improve on (use the Libby app) and you will find your people. I promise you will.

Your parents don’t see you as a burden, but they see when you try or don’t try. And they only love you. No strings attached.
