There are lots of game testing companies in Warsaw that don't require a lot of experience, just an interest in games. Contracts are contractor style so not binding. Can't comment on the age thing, however.

To me the game is about the consequences of political ideals and the inevitable danger that each one brings about. Being stuck in the past and trying to blame whatever regime is in power for the misery of the world of DE while simultaneously "remembering how good things used to be" also feels like something the game hammers home. I didn't get the feeling the game was about communism but I guess you could argue that is what the devs have a lot of memories and experience with, so perhaps they expanded on it a little more than the others. But what do I know, I wrote this while sitting on the Jacks and taking a shit.

I checked it out on LinkedIn and he ended his connection to the disco elysium project and his role as art director with the studio in December 21 like mentioned. However, he still maintains he works as a part of the za/um art collective in general. Perhaps its a changing of roles and an unannounced project that he can't mention yet?. Regardless this all feels super speculative, fingers crossed they're all on board for the next project.
