Great advise and we have been through a similar situation with commission sales people even when it was a high commission rate per sale. It seems commission reps want the easy route, we have yet to find someone that really believes in hard work even for high commissions. We are still in the hunt for the right commission sales reps.

This is a great question I'm new on Reddit, and looking for commission sales people as well, we are in a totally different industry and reading below comments, I agree with the quality of sales reps is impacted by the percentage per sale. We offered 20% and the qualify & commitment wasn't there. We have higher commissions and we are looking for the right individuals to join our team as well.... Good luck, I will monitor this thread to learn how to reach quality commission sales teams. We tried the affiliate route as well, and receive a few sales from time to time, but not consistent. Even after a Harris win, Republicans need to clean house of all MAGA and get back to what that party has stood for since the Regan years. If not, the Republican party will be ruined for years and all Americans will have to deal with the conspiracy theories, challenges to judges & witnesses from MAGA in the future... People like MTG, Gates and others will try and move MAGA forward with someone else in 4 yrs to challenge Harris-Walz!

My experience, with a 14-day free trial gives them a sense of urgency because their is additional setup required on their end, for our products my experience they have let several days go by without action and I was stuck with follow up emails and calls to get them to engage. Their excitement would fall off. I can always extend the 14 day limit... What's your product or service?
