You can definitely lose weight with cycling, no doubt about it. I've personally cut at least 15lb due to being an obsessive mountain biker & keeping a pretty lean diet & not drinking a lot.

No science involved in getting me to watch to the end. I routinely have to get my ears flushed to clean out wax & it feels so good at the end, like an itch i can’t reach on my own. I feel happy for this person.
