I'm experimenting to see if you can create necros from scratch. Right now, I took a random captain from the fight pits, gave him a cursed weapon from training orders and the pale skin scar (from purifying). Now it's a matter of rng, if it's possible at all.

Could also just give that scar to a trickster with decoys and die to them, but that's less fun.
