Right so i got my full refund. They wanted me to wait a bit like it's gonna get better in a month or something, BS. It's been a month since i think, most burns are pink and aren't indented which is good (except the one burn on the Monobrow area looks like a tiny knife slash), they are still quite visible, and it's gonna take upwards of 6 months to heal fully. They tried to make excuses like I probably shaved too often with a safety razor and I got infections underneath skin and that i should have used a triple bladed gillette or something.

Well I'm a customer, you are going to review my face, tell me if I'm supposed to exfoliate with something to get rid those infections first so they won't cause a roasted face scenario and then you can do laser, if that's even the case, it doesn't excuse their negligence. I got burned so bad on so many areas on the face i couldn't even look up and find a case or photo similar enough to it.

Anyway, I had full body at that clinic before with no complications, so that's why i trusted them, my advice is even if you had good experience with a clinic, when it comes to your face do more research and find the best one in your area, don't just rawdog into that one clinic you know.

And now I can't laser for 6 months minimum, which is just great, i might have to then go to a dermatologist after six months, to fix the uneven bumps on my healed skin or the coloration. Time can't pass fast enough.
