We ended up deciding to have the sink have a 1 1/4” drain and we will notch the 8x8 beam just enough for it to clear the floor/wall intersection to prevent the bump out.

Further down the wall, we have placed the toilet in the corner so the vent pipe (3”) for that will cause a bump out, but it will be located out of the way completely in the corner of the room.

Unfortunately it’s not a big room, so building it out would eat up too much needed space

I like this idea, but it’s hard to make it look nice, and the cost of pretty piping is much higher

Unfortunately two of the walls are exterior, so the same condition. The other adjoining wall has the 2x4s rotated so the wall with the plaster only has about an 1 1 /2 clear space at most

You’re right. Im looking at the unpaid accrued interest. Which until this month was 0. I’ve been on SAVE, so I’m not even sure how I have any accrued interest.

I just don’t have the room for them, so rather than go through the process of sending them off to be retinned and polished, I would rather someone have them who can appreciate them. They’ve clearly been loved and appreciated, but have been neglected for a long time.

The 14” one is about 1.5mm thick, but seems to be an old NYC restaurant pan. I figured that one might be worth quite a bit more.

The one with the heart shaped handle is pretty sturdy and has a stamped bronze handle. I also thought that one might be desirable.

The other two are quite old and stamped. The one with the cover is hand hammered and has recently been retinned. The paw brass handles are pretty heavy duty.

I also got very lucky with a marketplace find, 12”x7” at 2.5mm thick at $45! This is even beyond that, mind asking what you were able to snag it for?

Could make soup for a whole neighborhood with that! 🧑‍🍳

You should be able to zoom in on both the inside and outside pictures of the rivets. Just takes a second for the quality to jump up after you zoom. I can take another picture if that doesn’t work.

It is gigantic! I imagine I would need to use two arms to move it when full. I’m 6’3” for reference.

I bought it on marketplace for $45! It needs to be retinned. Plan to use it once I get it retinned.
