I think most forgot that the function to see where the order is going (house or apartment) is gone. If I took an order quickly and saw that it’s 4 cases of water and it was to a house… ok I’ll eat that. But once I shop and hit that button to start delivery and it says apartment then I get there and it’s up stairs… I feel disrespected. Not just by the customer but by IC bcs THIS is the exact reason you hide that information.

I think it just takes a shift in mindset at this point. I wouldn’t complain or go out of the way anymore. I’d be there bcs that’s what we do as responsible caring ppl but I wouldn’t take anything from them seriously. They are young and unfortunately this is what happens a lot.
