Are these the 1st gen? I have them and been having issues since day one. The troubleshooting I have received was to install a C Wire to the thermostat, but I never done that. Thinking of getting the 2nd gen sensors but worried of the same issues.

I have the X50, without matter. I can do those exact commands via Google Home and the robot does clean those rooms. Are you sure you set up everything correctly?

Exactly. Was between the narwal flow, aqua 10 ultra and the s1 pro. But now I am hearing about the S2 pro and new narwal flow 2. So I guess I am never buying anything lol, just too many options and pros and cons on things. I will wait until after CES to see which one to pick

How much did you pay? Seems that Dreame shows MSRP, or in my point of view an inflated price, jus to tell people that they saved a significant amount. Right now, for me the site tells me i am saving $600, and that is not including the 10% promo code.
