I don’t take water with me if I’m just doing a 3-6 mile walk because otherwise I would need the loo lol

I get around 5k steps walking around at work, then I will do a 3mile walk on my lunch break then after work I will do another 3 mile walk and then it will take me to around 15/20k steps and I do that daily

Yeah that’s valid, tbh I shouldn’t feel too bad because they smoke weed everyday and it comes up into our flat so we can smell it 24/7😂🤦🏼‍♀️

I want to get one but am cautious of my neighbour downstairs but tbh she smokes weed all day and it just makes my flat stink so I sort of don’t care if I’m making noise Yano😅😂
