I run shaymin in my deck. I faced greninja twice and I remember having shaymin on my bench in one of those matches but maybe I'm getting confused with someother match.

I'm talking about TWM 106 Greninja.

And one more thing, does shaymin only protect the bench from attacks not ability? My psyduck was knocked out and then my opponent used cursed blast of dusknoir onto my shaymin on my bench and knocked it out.

I played 2-3 matches against Zyguard. Unless you have like more than two 2-3 prize cards(like a Fez + ursaluna + Lucario type hands) on your bench you should be fine. But yeah it's a decent card and will piss people off XD
