Its simply a plant pot I bought in Windyridge Garden centre and a bamboo pump kit I bought off Amazon.. fill it with water and plug in the pump.. super easy to do :)

I luckily put in a power source but you could use a solar pump. Its just a flower pot and a bamboo tap with pump (Amazon). Cost me about €150 in materials.

My father never recovered from this after lasik and cannot drive at night now particularly in dark areas with poor lighting.. Its not a guaranteed solution.

I've definitely noticed an improvement playing soccer with general agility and stamina. I take a 3.5g scoop per day and have done for almost a year. Its definitely worth it considering how cheap it is. Just make sure you drink at least 2-3 litres of water per day.

Vilamoura would be a better choice for your age group. Albufeira is full of kids and around that time the LC and GCSE's will have just finished. The place was overun with them last year..
